Large Steel Chimes

Made from 1/8" thick 1" diameter galvanized steel pipe (thick and heavy) adorned with skeleton keys, these chimes weigh ~60 lbs and are ~5' in length. Pipes are internally suspended (hang point is 22.42% from end). The PVC striker hits the center of each pipe. Pipes are suspended from an aluminum base plate via 300 lb. dacron cord with copper crimps and stainless steel rings. The wind catcher is an aluminum fan blade. These chimes make a very brite sound that is very loud when chimes strike each other in heavy winds. Voodoo guy's head is made from InstaMorph; his body is made from sticks and Spanish moss.
